Brian was very professional and answered all my questions. They did such a professional job, removing and cleaning each vent, cleaning duct work, reattaching vents and even vacuuming up any dust etc that may have came onto flooring. Showed me pictures of before and after and I was blown away. He even showed me the big vacuum and all the stuff pulled out of my vents. Do yourself a favor and call them and get your ducts cleaned by Jensen Softwashing! Top notch service .
